I’m Zoe, affectionately known as Xoe, the founder and creative force behind Xenia on Earth. My journey has been one of evolution and self-discovery, guided by a deep connection to art, healing, and the natural world. With a warrior spirit I have dedicated my life to nurturing creativity and spiritual growth in myself and others.

For over ten years, I worked in the corporate world as a Human Resources Manager, gaining extensive experience in education, recruitment, and NDIS disability support services. My professional background extends beyond HR, personal assistance, and IT; I have led business administration, project management, event coordination, and strategic development across multiple industries.

Despite my corporate career, my passion for creativity, community, shells, and healing has never wavered. These elements have always been at the core of my life’s purpose, shaping my work, my offerings, and my connection to the world.

From a young age, I have been deeply connected to the unseen world - energy, intuition, and spirit, which I now channel through various forms of expression. The Essence of Xoe

Xenia on Earth, or XOE, embodies the ancient Greek principle of 'Xenia' a sacred relationship of hospitality, kindness, and generosity. It represents a deep commitment to creating a welcoming and nurturing space where individuals can explore their creativity, healing, and self-discovery.

The name Xenia on Earth reflects my mission to bring the spirit of hospitality and connection into the real world, where we can create, heal, and grow together.

Not every cowrie shines the same way and that’s the beauty.
Each one comes from the same ocean but lives a completely different life, different shapes, colours, habitats and patterns, each adapted to its own rhythm and environment.

Just because it’s a cowrie doesn’t mean it needs to fit into the crowd.

🤎 The Tiger Cowrie
Found in coral and rocky reefs, this shell prefers the shelter of crevices during the day, venturing out at night to graze. Its deep brown and golden markings resemble a jungle cat, a mirror of grounded confidence and self protection. Strength doesn’t need to roar, know your environment and honour what keeps you safe.

🧡 The Carnelian Cowrie
Favours warm tropical shallows and sandy coral flats. The shell glows peach to orange, often half buried in sand by day, moving freely under starlight. It carries the essence of creativity and quiet power, a reminder that energy doesn’t need to dominate, it can glow gently until the right moment to spark new beginnings.

💛 The Deer Cowrie
Elongated with soft tan tones and white spots, it blends beautifully with coral rubble and seagrass. Thriving where the sea is always shifting, it learns to adapt to the waves, reflecting adaptability and grace in motion. Gentleness and strength can coexist, survival often looks like soft resilience meeting change with steady poise.

💜 The Purple Snakehead Cowrie
Its violet and brown tones form a pattern of secrecy and mystique. Fiercely territorial, it defends its chosen space with quiet certainty. This cowrie embodies transformation and inner vision, reminding us that growth often happens quietly and unseen. Real insight is born in the depths, not the spotlight.

Look what the tide served up today 🙌🏼🧡 A bright orange Scaly Scallop (Scaeochlamys livida) struttin its stuff on the sand ✨ still in one piece, fanned open like “Hello darling, here’s my wisdom.”

These beauties don’t waste their energy flapping around, unlike its cousins who clap their shells to escape, this one chooses stillness. The Scaly Scallop stays put anchoring down with silky little threads, blending into rocks, coral, even pontoons if it feels like it. It shows us that resilience isn’t always about movement or running, sometimes it’s about rooting yourself in trust, letting life weave around you and finding strength in your place.

Its fan-like shape reminds us of offering and receiving, while its dual valves mirror balance and reciprocity. Those funky scales, they’re not just for show... they hold on tight and invite sponges and worms to grow all over, turning “vulnerability” into straight-up armour.

Talk about working smarter, not harder 👑

What I love about this one is its colour, scallops can be brown, purple, red, yellow, or cream, but this glowing orange feels like a flame on the shore, a reminder of the dazzling diversity this species holds.

Aligned with Water, Fire and Earth, the Root and Sacral chakras, this shell invites us to anchor where our soul feels safe, to adapt rather than resist and to remember that beauty and survival come in many cloaks and colours.

Living like a ✨ C O N E S H E L L ✨ Cone shells live half buried in the sand, patient and precise waiting for the right moment to act.

Their beauty is rare and often hidden beneath the surface, both feared and revered. Some carry venom strong enough to paralyse, yet even this toxin has been transformed into medicine. What you believe to be dangerous can possibly hold the power to heal ✨

〰️ Some thrive in shifting tides and challenging environments, but still emerge patterned, polished and prized. ⚖️ Some can lie hidden for centuries, only uncovered through persistence and effort, reminding us that life’s greatest treasures often sit beneath layers we must be willing to uncover.

🤍 Others teach us about our inner judge and the drive to perfect, alongside the sting of disappointment and the freedom that comes when we stop striving to “correct” what nature has already made whole.

Zeus himself was said to guard it, reminding mortals that every stranger might be a god in disguise.

Together, these names speak to the essence of my work ✨ breathing life into art and energy while holding space with generosity and care. To me, Xenia also symbolises community, reciprocity and the kind of unconditionally loving welcome I hope you feel whenever you step into my world.

After weeks of seizures and stillness, I’m finally returning to the things I love 🤍 Every time I do, the birds show up at my window like little messengers reminding me I’m not alone.

Today it was a magpie (his name is Oreo) singing back at me with a ‘hold tight, you’re slowly coming back to life’ 🐦✨ 🎶

Sometimes it feels like I’ll never fly, like I’m always swimming against the tide. But hearing ‘don’t you know your pain is mine? I would die a thousand times to ease your mind’ while this magpie stared me down… it hit different.

The birds don’t question my pace, my pauses or my pain... they just arrive, sing their song and remind me that I belong here too 🌿 Slowly, gently, I’m finding my way back and maybe that’s the whole point 🙌🏻 not to rush the return, but to notice the magic in every step back to myself 🤍

She’s patient, she’s pretty, she’s obsessed with shells! ✨ 🤍 🐚 She's the Shell Oracle and she's here to remind you just how much you love shells too… waiting for you to fall in love all over again 🙌🏻

🌙✨ This was the very first moon I ever made, the very first to find a new home back in 2021. Handmade with shells, crystals, and so much love, she marked the beginning of a journey I didn’t even realise I was stepping into at the time.

From this crescent of ocean treasures grew a whole tide of creations, teachings, and sacred shell work. Every moon since, carries a piece of this one’s spirit 💫

🌈✨ Woke up to this breathtaking gift from the sky 🙌🏻 a double rainbow stretching over the bay.

In many traditions a single rainbow is a sign of hope, blessings, and divine connection… but a double rainbow is said to symbolise transformation, balance between the physical and spiritual and stepping into a new chapter with your whole heart. The first arc represents the material world, and the second is a mirror above representing the spiritual realm. Here’s to walking through both with grace 💛

Not everything made it into The Shell Oracle… What I didn’t tell you (yet) is that this book came from something even deeper. Some things asked to be held back and protected. Like the moon pulling tides before they crest, the work beneath this book runs deeper still.

A sacred system has been whispering through the shells for years, one that reads not just messages but energy, rhythm, memory and meaning.

It’s taken over my bones and it’s rebuilt me after storms, and soon it will be yours too.

🌀 I don't exactly sell seashells by the seashore, but I do talk to them.

Wandering the sunny coastlines of the Sutherland Shire, I’m not searching for trophies. I’m tuning into tides, moon phases, seasonal shifts, repeating patterns, and whispers tangled in seaweed... the hidden stories in what the ocean returns.

I honour every gift that washes up 🤍 the shells, coral, sea glass, driftwood, pottery shards, shark eggs... even the whale poop 😂

Most days, I pick up more rubbish than shells. But when a message is felt, I ask:
🌿 “Am I meant to receive this?”
🌊 “Is there life dwelling here?”
✨ “Is this yours to keep, or just to witness?”

If you're anything like me and feel at home by the ocean, please remember that not everything that sparkles is yours to hold forever.
Sometimes it’s just a message, a mirror, or a moment.

From the moment we crossed paths I knew you were destined for spectacular things, and after learning your story, becoming a part of it and witnessing the relentless devotion you pour into your healing path, it's clearer than ever that you're not just walking your journey... you're lighting the way for so many others ✨🙌🏻

You guided me through my first ever Reiki session and now here I am, a Reiki Master myself. During this session you had visions of the most magical and meaningful moment of my life, the moment I said yes (with her down on one knee, on our special rock, holding a rock haha).

Long ago, when the skies still whispered directly to the Earth, a storm rolled in that silenced the land.
No bird dared call, no creature stirred.. except one.

A bird with feathers like sunlit clouds and a voice like thunder's echo rose from the tree tops.

“Do not fear the change", she called.
“The wind remembers where to go".

It is said that ever since that day, the white crested cockatoo has carried the storm’s voice and the sun’s knowing, calling us back to clarity when the world grows quiet or confused.
